Multiple venues, a live public environment and a guest list with high expectations meant every detail had to be planned, rehearsed and confirmed in advance.

We blended live entertainment, interactive activations and bespoke décor, pulling from our 600+ roster and managing every vendor from load-in to strike. A pre-event site visit mapped every route, and on-site leadership was concentrated where it mattered most.
